Tuba teaches reformer based studio and online mat classes with props. She has over ten years of experience working for various clinics and studios before joining Wellness Centre as a pilates teacher.


She was first introduced to movement through ballet classes at age 10 and her journey with scoliosis took her through intensive physiotherapy sessions, swimming and yoga classes for many years before she discovered pilates and it's benefits. 

After finishing her costume for performing arts degree in early 2000's and working for few years in the industry,  in 2006 her life changed when her than physiotherapist suggested pilates for managing back and postural conditions.

After seeing the wonders of pilates has done for her back, she decided to embark on a journey to qualify as a pilates teacher in order to share her knowledge and experience with others. She first trained in Contemporary Pilates in 2007 and continued her journey with Alan Herdman to understand more about working around injuries and postural deviations.

As she had to modify and adjust the exercises to accommodate her own back problem, it gave her the understanding that every body is  different from one another and exercises need to be adjusted to each person's ability and injuries. 

She encourages her students to embark their pilates journey through correct movement technique, developing body awareness, feet mobility and correct body alignment. She likes to use pilates props to challenge the body and adjusts the exercises whenever needed to each client's level, flexibility and strength. Her work experience includes working for various physiotherapy clinics and a classical pilates studio for many years, where she worked with older adults, clients with mobility issues, chronic back problems and post rehab patients.
